How Do I Schedule An Appointment
Awesome! Most of the time, we’re appointment based only. Simply complete the form on this page, and we'll contact you right away. Sometimes we can schedule you the very next day, and other times the next available time window might not be available for a week. We try to accommodate same-day appointments, however it can be challenging to book that way simply because of the traffic.
Do You Accept Card Or Just Cash?
We accept cash and credit cards. We receive payment through a card 95% of the time. However the decision is entirely yours. Once the work is done and you are happy with the results, you will pay. Also, we have consumers that are unable to attend to the detail. Therefore don't worry if you have to leave before the job is finished. Before you depart, you can make a payment, or we can send you an online invoice to pay.

Full Interior FAQs
How Long Does It Take To Clean My Interior?
It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, between 2.5 - 4.5 hours. Once we see the condition, we can give you a more accurate range.
Will My Car Smell Like Chemicals Once You’re Done?
Absolutely not. We don't use any harsh chemicals and there will be zero trace of any smell other than your clean car. Till this day, we’ve never had a customer mention anything about a chemical smell.
How Long Does It Take For The Seats To Dry After A Shampoo?
When its relatively warm outside, by the time we’re done with the interior, the carpets, and seats should be 85% dry. It’ll take another hour for them to completely dry. If it’s colder outside, it takes much longer to dry as the water doesn’t escape as easily from the fabrics. With that being said, we never oversaturate your fabric.
Paint Correction
How Long Does It Take To Polish My Vehicle?
This is one of the most tedious and time-consuming services we offer. The time it takes to complete your vehicle is based on the size, condition, and end-result you want. Even if it’s a 2-door vehicle but you want a high level of correction, it can take 12 or more hours to complete. On that same 2-door vehicle but you only want light polish, it can take 5 hours. It just depends.
Can You Do The Work At My Location Or Do I Bring It To You?
Of all the services we offer, paint correction requires the most criteria in terms of the space and environment we’re in. We need a clean work environment to polish the vehicle without dust and debris continually falling onto the paint.
Most of the time we can do the service at your location, but there will be a few times where the service will take more than a day (or maybe the work area isn’t ideal), that it’ll be best to drop it off at our home location (or just choosing a different location).
How Does This Remove Or Hide The Swirls, Scratches, And Water Spots?
Paint correction removes the swirls from your paint entirely. The only time you’ll see swirls and scratches is if you reinstall them back into your paint via improper washing and drying, or going through the car wash.
Yes, any imperfections in the paint like swirls, scratches, paint transfer, and water spots can be removed through paint correction.
What Is Your Maintenance Program?
Our maintenance program is a scheduled detail where we come to your most convenient location on a regular basis to maintain the condition of your vehicle.
As an added benefit to the maintenance program, you have the opportunity to earn a free detail. After booking 5 cleanings, you’ll get the 6th completely free!
Do You Offer It To First Time Customers?
No, we do not offer this service to first time customers. The reason for this is we require you to book a deep clean beforehand (an interior or deluxe package), to bring the vehicle to our standards. After this initial service has been completed you are more than welcome to become a part of our maintenance program.
How Long Would It Take?
The average maintenance detail would be anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. The time that it takes to detail the vehicle depends on the condition of the vehicle, as our number one priority is to show you work we’re proud of.
