Service Policies

At Classico Autocare, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services while maintaining transparency and professionalism. The following policies help ensure a smooth experience for all customers while protecting both our business and our team.

Effective January 1st, 2025

1. Personal Belongings Policy

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive documents before their appointment.

  • Classico Autocare is not liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

  • If personal items are found during the cleaning process, they will be collected, placed into a bag and returned to the customer at vehicle pickup.

We do not clean glove compartments, center consoles, or other closed storage areas if they are full with personal belongings.

2. Damage Liability Policy

  • A pre-service inspection will be conducted, and any existing scratches, dents, stains, or wear will be documented.Classico Autocare is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues resulting from wear and tear.

  • If damage is suspected as a result of our services, customers must report it before leaving the premises for resolution.

3. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges Policy

  • Heavily soiled vehicles requiring excessive time or specialized treatment (e.g., pet hair removal, mold, vomit, blood, smoke odor, etc.) may be subject to additional charges or require a service reschedule.

  • If biohazard cleanup is necessary, the customer will be informed before proceeding.

4. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A deposit may be required for certain services and is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may be rescheduled to accommodate other bookings.

5. Weather & Mobile Service Policy (If Applicable)

  • For mobile detailing, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme temperatures).
    The customer must provide a suitable workspace (driveway, garage, power/water access if required). If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may be rescheduled or moved to our shop.

6. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately upon service completion.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and e-transfers.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

  • We stand behind our work! If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving so we can address concerns immediately.

  • Refunds are not issued once services are completed. However, if any issues arise, we offer touch-ups within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
